Sometimes disaster and opportunity strike at the same time. This client had been considering some extensive remodels for quite some time, but wasn’t quite ready to entertain the disruption they can cause. However, when their hot water heater burst and flooded the entirety of their home they were forced to move out so that repairs could be completed. While performing the insurance-related portion of the repairs we also remodeled their master bathroom, guest bathroom along with a handful of other upgrades.
