The customer had two requests in this 120+ year old pier and beam building turned office space. They wanted to remove a portion of a load bearing wall, and level a floor that appeared to have been tilted since it was built. It’s not everyday you get a call like this. The customer was very pleased with the results and we were happy to share in the experience of this unique project.
